The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position supports the sales and marketing team with all marketing and administrative functions. This role is largely tactical, executing against specific instructions from the marketing manager or fulfilling inbound requests for marketing support and materials from other areas within CNR.

Responsibilities
Conferences 30%
Edit invitations and postcards for events and conferences.
Order and ship materials for conferences and client appreciation events
Sort conference call and attendee lists and send to sales teams

Presentations and Marketing Materials 50%
Print, bind, and ship client and sales presentations.
Update client, advisor, and prospect contact information in CRM
Update content on website
Make edits to marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials.
Handle mass mailings
Assist with event planning
Route materials to compliance and track approval

Additional Marketing Activities 20%
Perform administrative and support tasks
Someone with project managerment experience is perferred
Sales force expreience is a plus.

Job Skills and Knowledge
High School Diploma
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Excellent writing and proofreading skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communications skills
Ability to multi-task time-sensitive projects
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign is stongly encouraged.
Working knowledge of financial terms a plus
Detail oriented mindset
High School Diploma
1+ years of experience in financial services industry
3+ years Microsoft Office experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $30/hour - $40.16/hour
