MARKETING ASSOCIATE COMMUNICATION

 

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position supports content development and is expected to work independently with key leaders within the Research organization for the end-to-end development of key monthly collateral elements including videos, articles and website updates. Additionally, this role is responsible for coordinating 2 national webinars –one featuring CIO/CEO, and the other key leaders from Sales/PM teams. Partners with Director of Marketing on key projects such as introduction of new content elements or channels.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Develop content including coordination of production with key leaders. Oversee approval process/edits with compliance. Own distribution across key channels including websites, social media and email distribution.
  • Use Adobe Experience Manager for posting to web properties. Use Salesforce and Pardot for creating email templates, selecting lists, and distributing content in emails.
  • Prepare presentations and marketing materials.
  • Update content on website.
  • Make edits to marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Handle mass mailings.
  • Route materials to compliance and track approval.
  • Additional marketing activities.
  • Perform administrative and support tasks.

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Required Qualifications*

  • Bachelors or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in financial services industry
  • 3 years Microsoft Office experience (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)

Additional Qualifications

  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task time-sensitive projects
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Experience Manager and Pardot a plus
  WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $28.58 - $45.66 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
