SEC MKTING SERVICING & ACCOUNTING OVERSIGHT LEADER WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Responsible for supporting ongoing strategic business plan through the development and oversight of a Loans Serviced by Others (LSBO) function, while ensuring accurate accounting and operational alignment of Secondary Marketing activities. Collaborative team player with the ability to independently drive key initiatives and contribute to overall department strategy. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Lead the strategy, governance, and day-to-day oversight of Loans Serviced by Others (LSBO) activities within Secondary Marketing.
• Ensure accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of LSBO assets in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain scalable processes for LSBO remittance tracking and performance monitoring.
• Establish clear controls and documentation standards for LSBO
• Provide education and subject matter expertise to stakeholders on LSBO structures, servicing dynamics, and downstream impacts.
• Lead enhancements to current LSBO functions to support strategic initiatives
• Responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions related to the MSR portfolio

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications*

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 10-15 years broad based residential mortgage origination, servicing, operations and underwriting competencies. Including but not limited to capital markets experience with investors/counterparties and business partners.

Additional Qualifications

• Residential Mortgage within an OCC/FDIC/Federal Reserve/CFPB US Bank.
• Capital Markets, Secondary Marketing, Origination, Servicing, knowledge of secondary marketing investors/liquidity measures in a Loans Held for Sale/Investment multi best execution platform.
• Contract Finance

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $92,114.00- $$156,880.00 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
