Do you have exceptional organizational and customer relations skills with a strong background in facilities maintenance operations and projects? Come join EPL's Facilities Services Division team where you will coordinate all facilities work order-related activities with EPL sites with staff and third-party contractors; investigate and coordinate major maintenance repairs and rehabilitation work; review, develop and implement preventative maintenance programs; and support sustainability programs. The Facilities Service Coordinator is also responsible for administering EPL's computerized maintenance management system.
This position performs a wide variety of tasks related to the maintenance and operation of EPL facilities, reviewing completed maintenance and custodial inspections to develop work plans and confirm contractual obligations are being met while demonstrating excellent customer service with both internal and external customers. This position will also be responsible for supporting the Manager in developing, updating and communicating Facilities Services' processes and procedures.
