Description

We are looking for Full Scope OMS Associate to Partner in our Two Doctor practice with a retiring partner. The retiring doctor is a community legend, leaving an extensive, reliable referral base. The remaining partner is a young surgeon who practices Full Scope OMS and values excellent patient communication skills and a willingness to continue to grow personally and professionally. Our success is rooted in offering the best possible experience for our patients.

Despite being seemingly rural, our catchment area includes an extraordinarily diverse and interesting patient base. Our region includes several world-famous Ski resorts, four National Parks, three commercial airports and sits directly between Denver and Salt Lake City. We cater to people of all economic, social, and political backgrounds. This well-cultivated and intentional variety of patients has allowed our scope and services to remain diverse and well-funded.

A large and thriving dental implant base bolsters our in-office practice. This part of our practice has continued to grow year over year. Digital implant planning, guided surgery, and focus on soft tissue management have given us a reputation for success with the most technical and challenging cases. This area has even more room to grow as a new partner brings in their skills and personality.

We greatly respect our profession and recognize that our interactions reflect on all OMS. We share a paid, light facial trauma service with a large ENT and Plastic Surgery group. We frequently share a variety of cases, techniques, and OR time with these colleagues. We know a good patient experience centered on excellent and well-honed care comes from utilizing and being connected to the rest of the healthcare community.

This rare practice comes with an even rarer promise of transparency and communication. The remaining partner will not sell out private equity, withhold partnership, or offer 49/51 arrangements. The remaining partner owns the entire practice and will negotiate practice valuation, buy-in formulation, and severance for termination in advance. A good partnership builds from the first day.

$400000.00 / Annually - $1000000.00 / AnnuallyDetails:
Base Salary with collections bonus
