Pharmacy Fellowship - Specialty Clinical Informatics

Exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist who is
passionate about advancing pharmacy practice around Clinical Informatics.
The CPS Solutions, LLC Specialty Clinical Informatics Fellow will evaluate and improve the outcome data gathering and analytics process in improving data capture of patient-centered outcomes requiring specialty dispensing, distribution, reimbursement and monitoring needs.
Schedule: This is an exempt, full time, 12 to 13 month position and will work a minimum of 40 hours a week. The term may be extended as needed and will be determined by the end of the term.
Pay rate: $52K per year

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred
- Post-graduate pharmacy residency (PGY1) or equivalent training preferred
- Keen ability to understand how data collection is structured for accurate reporting
- Extremely detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy working with data and configuration standards
- Licensure in good standing as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice
- Proficient computer skills using Pharmacy systems and Microsoft applications – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Effective communication skills - verbal and written
- Through training and/or experience, possess necessary knowledge to provide oversight of specialty medication regimens and associated disease states
