A Day in the Life of a Clinical Registered DieticianIn this role, the Clinical Registered Dietitian delivers medical nutrition therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings at our healthcare facility, ensuring comprehensive care integration across departments. You will engage actively in patient care meetings, providing vital nutritional insights and updates to the healthcare team. The position involves the development and dissemination of educational nutrition programs tailored to patient and community needs. Responsibilities also include handling essential documentation processes and adapting to additional duties in the absence of specific team members, ensuring seamless departmental operations. Our dietitian is expected to stay abreast of industry trends and changes particularly in healthcare nutrition, maintaining the high standards of the facility's mission and vision.

In Clinical Nutrition at CRMC, our dietitians provide expert guidance on nutrition therapy, ensuring that patients receive the right balance of nutrients to support healing, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall well-being. Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
- Licensed in Minnesota with the MN Board of Dietetic Practice or pending MN Dietetic license within three month of employment
- Completed an internship in a hospital offering dietetic internships approved by the American Dietetic Association or have met necessary experience requirements
- Previous experience in Clinical Nutritional Services
- Graduate of an accredited program of a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from a nationally or regionally accredited college or university
- A dietitian registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration

The pay range listed above is the estimated starting pay range for this role. Actual pay rate offered depends on many factors including each individual employee's experience level, preferred education/certifications, along with market conditions.
