A Day in the Life of a Community Relations Intern
The Community Relations Intern supports fundraising, outreach, and event coordination to strengthen CRMC's community presence. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, volunteers, and local partners to organize events, recruit volunteers, and solicit donations. Daily responsibilities include tracking program progress, handling data entry for donations, and assisting in donor recognition efforts. The intern also contributes to marketing initiatives and community engagement strategies to enhance CRMC's reputation. This position provides a dynamic learning environment with exposure to nonprofit operations, public relations, and event management.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
- Be registered with a post-secondary institution or enrolled for fall semester (minimum of part-time), with emphasis in Business, Marketing, or Public Relations. Be a graduate of a post-secondary institution with emphasis in Business, Marketing, or Public Relations and begin the internship within two weeks of their graduation date.
- Experience in an office environment
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range listed above is the estimated starting pay range for this role. Actual pay rate offered depends on many factors including each individual employee's experience level, preferred education/certifications, along with market conditions.
