A Day in the Life of a Nursing Assistant - Nisswa Clinic (NA/NAR/CNA) As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating efficient clinic operations by directly assisting medical staff and patients. Your responsibilities will include rooming patients, conducting basic assessments such as measuring vital signs and performing EKGs, as well as assisting with medical procedures. You'll also be involved in indirect patient care tasks, including charting vital signs, maintaining confidentiality, and keeping clinical areas stocked and organized. Collaboration with nurses and physicians is key, as you'll convey patient concerns and assist in managing clinic communications. The role requires flexibility to perform various duties, adapting to daily needs while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
- One year experience providing hands on patient care
- American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- High School diploma or GED -OR- on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry upon hire
