Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting for REMOTE Call Center RNs.
This is a remote/work-from-home opportunity.

**Pay:** $40.75 to 42.75/HR.
**Type:** Five Month contract with opportunity to extend or become fulltime
**Schedule:** 8AM to 5PM - Monday to Friday
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Initiates discharge planning and uses an interdisciplinary process in which all members of the health care team collaborate with patients and their families to anticipate needs. Develop and implement a plan to provide service after discharge.
- Review patient's discharge needs as ordered by physicians and determine medical necessities based on appropriate guidelines
- Facilitates cost effective and quality patient care by effective communication with physicians, providers and members.
- Performs clinical reviews of patient's charts to determine medical necessity of hospitalization.
- Attends Interdisciplinary Clinical rounds with health plans and present patient cases
- Facilitates long-term placement of patients at skilled and custodial levels of care.
**Qualifications:**
High School/GED equivalent
Associates Degree
Current active RN licesne
