Seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Ambulatory Care Supervisor in the Fargo area. This RN has direct oversite of roughly 20 nursing staff between 3 physical locations. Oversite includes West Fargo Family Medicine, South University Family Medicine, South University Internal Medicine, and Casselton Family Medicine. This leader works 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, in a salaried position. Occasional weekends on call are required to support the walk-in clinics. Provides oversight of the daily operations of the assigned department including staffing and developing/implementing workflows and processes as well as provides input to the leader regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. Responsible for direct nursing leadership, nursing staff development, patient care, and patient advocacy. This individual may perform RN duties to skillfully assess the patient's health and respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that lead to improvement of the patient/family's self-management skills. Supports continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing progress in all areas of care and service.

**Education Qualifications:**

BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing

**Licensure/Certification Qualifications:**

Current RN license with the North Dakota State Board of Nursing.

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire.

Minnesota RN licensure within 3 months of hire or transfer.

Two years' nursing experience in related specialty, ambulatory setting, or community health with demonstrated leadership ability.

**Shift Start/End:** 8 am/5 pm

**Hours Per Pay Period:** 80

**Compensation Range:** $77771 - $116667 / year
