**Title: Registered Nurse (RN)**
**Job Summary:** The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in a healthcare setting. The RN is responsible for assessing patients health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and monitor patients conditions and vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
- Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results to provide accurate diagnoses.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistance and support staff.
**Qualifications:**
- Associates or bachelors degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Current state Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
- Physical ability to perform job-related tasks, including lifting and moving patients.
