Our community is looking for a Concierge to join our team.  

The Concierge is responsible for greeting guests, residents, and employees, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages and providing information of a general nature.

Responsibilities:

  • Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required.
  • Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient.
  • Greets after hour residents, visitors and vendors. Answers inquiries and gives directions.
  • Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
  • Organizes, distributes packages and deliveries to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators.
  • Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits if requested by director. 
  • Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.
  • Promoting and safety of the community property and assets against fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry by unauthorized persons while meeting and/or exceeding service standards. 
  • Conducts safety inspections of all community property to include common areas, resident corridors, parking areas and perimeter access.
  • Watches for and reports irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes and security doors left unsecured.
  • Responds to all calls and complaints, taking necessary action and handling on-scene emergency situations until relieved by a Supervisor.
  • Secures and unlocks areas and buildings in accordance with policy and community expectation.
  • Assist in emergency response procedures as per community policy.
  • Other duties as assigned.











Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
