**Job Title: Memory Care Caregiver (Full-Time, 2 PM - 10 PM)**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Memory Care Caregiver to join our team in providing top-notch care to residents with memory impairments. This full-time position requires a caregiver who is attentive, patient, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for those in our care. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide personalized care and support to residents with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia, in accordance with their care plan.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to stimulate cognitive and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the healthcare team.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment that meets the physical and emotional needs of residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and any notable incidents.
- Uphold the community's standards for safety, cleanliness, and infection control.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in memory care or a similar caregiving role is strongly preferred.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or a Home Health Aide (HHA) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and connect with individuals with memory impairments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent observational and communication skills.
- Ability to work the 2 PM to 10 PM shift, including weekends and holidays as required.
