**Job Summary:**
The Vibrant Life Director is responsible for creating and overseeing dynamic programs that enhance the quality of life for residents, fostering an engaging atmosphere that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being. This role combines leadership, creativity, and a passion for wellness to develop and implement innovative life enrichment programs tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of residents. The Vibrant Life Director will work collaboratively with staff, residents, family members, and the community to create a vibrant and fulfilling environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Program Development and Implementation:**
- Design, plan, and oversee a variety of life enrichment programs that cater to the interests and abilities of residents.
- Incorporate wellness principles into all programs, focusing on physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual health.
- Regularly assess and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making adjustments based on resident feedback and participation levels.

2. **Community Engagement:**
- Foster partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and volunteers to enhance program offerings and promote community involvement.
- Organize regular resident outings and events that encourage socialization and community connections.

3. **Resident and Family Involvement:**
- Establish a resident council to encourage participation in program planning and feedback.
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families about upcoming programs and activities.

4. **Staff Leadership and Training:**
- Supervise and mentor a team of activity coordinators and volunteers to ensure program success and high levels of resident engagement.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in life enrichment and resident engagement.

5. **Budget Management:**
- Develop and manage the budget for life enrichment programs, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality offerings.

6. **Health and Safety Compliance:**

7. **Continuous Improvement:**

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Gerontology, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
