Assists in the design, administration, and provides analytical support for all aspects of Dollar General's compensation programs, including base pay, short-term and long-term incentive pay programs.
Job Details:- Administers assigned compensation programs, including day-to-day ownership of current processes, as well as providing analytical support in the design and implementation of new processes and programs.
- Serves as a project lead on short-term projects and a key resource on mid-to-long-term projects, including providing analysis and making recommendations to leadership.
- Provides ad-hoc reporting and analysis to meet business needs.
- Communicates compensation plans, policies, and procedures to employees, management and HR team members.
- Ability to conduct thorough research, determine relevance of data, and interpret meaning of data
- Ability to accurately interpret and apply basic statistical data
- Intermediate-to-advanced spreadsheet skills including data manipulation, mathematical formulas, and data summarization
- Ability to communicate concisely and accurately through both written and verbal language
- Ability to consistently provide timely, consistent, and accurate customer service
- Ability to apply good judgement in ambiguous situations and demonstrated skill in flexibility and adaptability
- Advanced organizational skills including the ability to balance multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality results in short timeframes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with partners in all aspects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Compensation experience or completed coursework toward CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), ECA (Equity Compensation Associate), or CEP (Certified Equity Professional) preferred.
