That's Nice, But What's the Job?

We are seeking a proactive and strategic-minded professional to lead offshore vendor management and drive process innovation initiatives. This unique role is responsible for managing offshore vendor teams, overseeing administrative processes related to vendor operations, and supporting process improvement efforts across the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at stakeholder engagement, operational efficiency, and fostering collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management & Operational Support (60%)

· Act as the primary liaison between the company and offshore vendors.

· Oversee administrative functions such as onboarding new team members, provisioning system access, managing invoicing processes, and facilitating vendor requests.

· Evaluate vendor capabilities, negotiate contracts, and manage performance metrics. Ensure alignment between vendor solutions and organizational goals

Process Innovation & Efficiency Improvements (40%)

· Conduct intake meetings with stakeholders to assess business needs and identify opportunities for process enhancement.

· Document, evaluate, and refine existing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

· Collaborate with internal teams to propose and implement innovative solutions that reduce manual effort and streamline workflows.

· Facilitate knowledge sharing between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring smooth adoption of process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate processes and identify optimization opportunities.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

· Proactive mindset with a high degree of initiative and ownership.

· Adaptability to evolving business needs and changing priorities.

· Experience with contract administration, SLA monitoring, and vendor performance reporting (preferred).

· Experience with process documentation and workflow design tools (e.g., Visio, or similar) (preferred).

· Familiarity with shared services, accounting operations, or enterprise process transformation (preferred but not required).

Educational Background & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2+ years of experience in vendor management, process improvement, or operations.
