EECU is looking for a Business Performance & Data Analytics Manager that will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize business unit performance via improved processes, systems, and reporting.
*onsite, Fort Worth
Responsibilities:
-Identify and articulate the need for change assist the business with implementing solutions for process improvements in a cost-effective way.
-Highly focused on developing robust reporting for the credit union including direct lending, real estate, account resolutions, financial centers, digital, member services, member experience and other departments or functions as needed.
-Works with senior management to identify business problems and develop solutions that involve business processes, organizational structure, and business policies and procedures.
-Utilizes business analysis related models and diagrams such as process and journey maps, organizational structure diagrams, strategy maps and role reporting relationships.
-Develops and monitors data and data quality metrics and ensures business data and business reporting needs are met.
-Support the departments with all reporting needs and ad hoc reports as requested.
-Work to streamline existing processes and/or create new processes for operational efficiencies.
-Create proposals to implement new or improve our current systems
-Create robust reporting that provides insight into overall business performance and leveraging data from multiple sources to build effective models for automation, decision-making, optimization, monitoring and identifying new opportunities.
-Drive business process design, requirement gathering, analyzing, and communicating stakeholders needs.
-Evaluate and streamline loan operating processes from origination through funding and collections.
-Improve processes and measure results by developing Key Performance Metrics.
-Identify opportunities for improving business processes and utilizing technology to eliminate problems that affect productivity, streamlines process flows, improves efficiencies, develops and implements solutions, leads ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies to deliver a frictionless experience for users and members.
-Identify and define solutions to maximize the value delivered by the credit union to its stakeholders/members and to better achieve operating goals.
Candidates for EECU should possess the following knowledge and experience:
-Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in computer related studies, Business Administration or the equivalent in education and work experience. Master's degree preferred
-Three to seven years of combined Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or Management Information systems experience required
-Experience with core software applications.
-Proven experience in the operation and analysis of database hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies.
-Experience with creating systems models, specifications, diagrams, charts, and process models (BPMN)
-Strong knowledge of the financial industry and consumer lending
-Extensive practical knowledge in data transformation for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
-Demonstrated project management skills
-Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
-Demonstrated ability to create process diagrams, systems engineering diagrams, systems analysis proposals, business cases, and other artifacts
-Demonstrated knowledge of complex SQL Queries (Reporting Services preferred)
-Preferred: Working technical knowledge of programming languages used at EECU, including, but not limited to, T-SQL
-Preferred experience with credit union lending

Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg B, Reg Z, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg CC, Service Members Civil Relief, and FCRA/FACTA. Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.
