EECU is seeking a dynamic Indirect Consumer Lending Marketing Representative II to join our team and play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our Preferred Dealer Network. About the Role
In this role, you'll be the key connection between EECU and our dealership partners, designing and executing impactful marketing initiatives, exclusive promotions, and appreciation events that strengthen our brand and drive business growth. You'll also take charge of our Indirect Lending Marketing Budget to ensure we're maximizing every dollar spent, from events and promotions to key client meetings.
The Consumer Loan Department at EECU produces over $900 million in loans annually, representing 60% of our credit union's outstanding loans. As a subject matter expert, you'll partner with departments across EECU, offering insights and support for all our consumer lending products.
Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg B, Reg Z, Service Members Civil Relief, and FCRA/FACTA. Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build Strong Partnerships: Establish and maintain key relationships with Dealer Principles and Corporate Dealer Group Management, becoming a trusted partner in advancing our lending programs.
- Strategic Planning & Promotion: Design targeted marketing campaigns and dealership appreciation events to drive engagement, support dealership performance, and strengthen our brand in key markets.
- Compliance & Excellence: Ensure all activities adhere to Federal and State regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and others, while delivering superior customer experience.
- Data-Driven Insights: Stay ahead of market trends, both locally and nationally, and present data-driven insights and strategies to senior management.
- Maximize Market Potential: Educate dealership personnel on our Indirect Lending Program, guiding them in achieving maximum market potential through training and strategy sessions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate dealership contracts and consult with legal teams to ensure new dealer enrollments align with EECU's standards.
Qualifications
We're looking for a passionate professional with:
- Experience in indirect auto lending or banking, with a strong background in underwriting preferred.
- Proven sales ability in a high-impact indirect environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience engaging with key stakeholders, from dealership management to cross-departmental teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for interpreting market data and translating it into actionable insights.
- Time management expertise and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and PC knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- College degree or equivalent work experience
