  • Recommend needs-based products and services that deepen existing member relationships and build new ones.
  • Help branches meet or exceed monthly sales and service goals through opportunity reports, sales and marketing campaigns, and outbound member calling programs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex member account and operational issues, aiming for resolution during the first contact and following up as needed.
  • Assist Financial Center employees with member and operational issues, oversee lobby floor management, and supervise employees when management is unavailable.
  • Train, coach, and mentor new and existing employees in banking procedures and best practices.
What You Bring
  • Three or more years of financial or related experience, including proven experience in loan production, new accounts, teller transactions, and leadership.
  • Advanced banking knowledge with the ability to perform all branch operational and member service functions, including platform and teller operations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, sales, and interpersonal skills, with empathy, active listening, confidence, and optimism.
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure, manage multiple and changing priorities, and maintain exceptional accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and travel between branch locations, sometimes with little to no notice.
  • The highest level of discretion when handling confidential member and internal information.
  • Willingness to successfully complete required EECU internal certifications, including Teller Supervisory Skills, higher approval limits, CETO responsibilities, audits, and quality control.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
