Job Summary:
The Breast Imaging Care Coordination & Records Specialist is responsible for the timely acquisition, 
management, and upload of prior imaging studies and related medical records for breast imaging patients 
across Hospital Outpatient Department (HOPD) offsite locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring 
radiologists have complete imaging histories for accurate interpretation and supports seamless 
communication among breast surgeons, radiologists, and the multidisciplinary breast care team. The position 
requires regular travel between outpatient sites

Hours: 8:00a-4:00p

Job Essentials:

  • A minimum of 1 year of healthcare clerical/administrative work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to courteously interact with callers and visitors.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills to include (Electronic Medical Record System and Outlook for scheduling)
  • Prior customer service work experience a plus.
  • Prior medical assistant work experience a plus.
  • Billingual in English and Spanish perferred 


Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
