Job Summary:

We are one of NJ's leading hospitals and health networks and seek a talented and passionate Senior Campaign professional. 

Work with a top-notch organization and Foundation.  Position is based in Englewood, NJ and is a 5 day per week on-site role.  Incumbent will work with a talented and dynamic group of professionals.

As the Campaign Director, you will be responsible for creating, planning and executing the overall campaign strategy.  This will include all capital and comprehensive campaigns. This position is a highly visible and impactful role that reports to the Executive Vice President of the Foundation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience creating and managing successful capital campaigns, will possess an established track record of building strong relationships with internal constituencies, board leadership, external donors and closing significant major gifts. Hours: M-F/ 9am - 5pm 

Job Essentials:

• Seven or more years' (7+) experience in development including at least five (5) years in major gifts and capital campaigns preferably in healthcare/medical industry or higher education required.
• Self-motivation, positive energy, drive, stamina and enthusiasm are a must.
• Strong management skills and superior organizational skills required.
• Strong working knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge donor database highly preferred.
• Superior written and verbal communications skills required.
• Excellent presentation skills required.

• Bachelor's Degree required

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law.  The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.

Minimum rate: $67.41
