Job Summary:
Responsible for daily operations of the Radiology Department, including supervision of staff, coordination with medical staff, and assisting Director with financial management, including business planning/forecasting, budgeting, revenue cycle optimization, statistical analysis, staffing efficiency and other duties as assigned. Contributes to optimal performance of Imaging Services on financial, quality and service metrics. Demonstrates by example and nurtures in staff the Standards for Service Excellence so that these standards represent minimum accepted behavior.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- Bachelors Degree (in Business Administration or related field) required; Master's degree in health, hospital or business administration preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years in supervisory capacity.
- Must possess communication and leadership skills including organization and planning skills.
- Demonstrates minimum behaviors which exemplify standards for Service Excellence.
