Job Summary:
Designated as the leader for a specified nursing area(s), its patient population and assigned staff. As such, he/she has 24-hour responsibility and accountability for all patient care activities, unit operation, and staff function.

Job Essentials:
A minimum of 5 years of general OR or Ambulatory OR experience required. 2 years of nursing management required.
Education Requirements:
BSN required, Master's Preferred
License/Certification/Registry:
Current NJ RN License, BLS, ACLS and PALS required. Specialty certification required.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. Minimum Rate: $115,000 - $160,000
