Job Summary:
Contributes to the success of Surgical Procedures by supporting Peri-Op and Procedural areas by: ordering supplies, implants and equipment.  Can stock.  Checks expirations dates.  Reviews the OR schedule in EPIC to notate supplies/implants for cases.  Create requisitions for bill and replacement as well as bill only purchase order.   Additional duties assigned my Supervisor/Manager.

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

  • Frequent standing or walking to different procedural areas. Occasional light to medium physical effort; carry up to 25 lbs. required.
  • Regular exposure to injury from needles and syringes, sharp instruments and burns from heat generating equipment.
  • May be exposed to contaminated and soiled materials.

 

 

​​​​​​​Job Essentials: Knowledge of Infor Lawson and Epic a plus. Looking for a critical thinker with excellent problem solving skills.

 

Education Requirements:

  • Associates Degree with 1-2 years specific OR Procedure/OR Supply experience or
  • High School Diploma with 3-5 years specific OR Procedure/ OR Supply experience.
