Job Summary:
The Quality Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes and supporting a culture of excellence across the practice. This position partners closely with Care Management and clinical teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care for every patient. The role directly contributes to improved patient outcomes and quality of care. In addition, it influences workflow improvements and operational efficiency; works cross-functionally with clinical and administrative leaders; and plays a key role in driving compliance and value-based care initiatives.

Job Essentials:
- A minimum of three (3) years' of Medical Assistant experience required
- Prior clinical healthcare experience required
- Prior experience monitoring the quality of patient care preferred
- Knowledge of Quality Measures and EPIC preferred
- Some supervisory experience is desirable but not required
- Experience in a fast-paced medical office setting with minimal supervision
- Current driver's license required and access to a vehicle
Education Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's Degree in a health related field preferred
Certification/License:
- Medical Assistant Certification required
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) will be considered

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
