Job Summary:
The Anesthesia Tech Supervisor is responsible for supervising, planning, directing, and coordinating the daily operations of the Anesthesia Technician team to ensure optimal staff performance and high-quality patient care. This role oversees and participates in activities related to patient physiologic monitoring and the preparation, management, and delivery of medications, fluids, anesthetic agents, and specialized equipment required for surgical and invasive procedures involving anesthesia, while ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and departmental policies. This role oversees daily staff schedules in addition to training, workflow and Anesthesia supplies/inventory in the operating rooms.

Hours:  9am - 5pm

Job Qualifications: 

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician required
• Completion of education, training, or equivalent experience in a healthcare or surgical environment required to effectively perform the responsibilities of the role
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, responding proactively to patient care needs with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members
• Thorough knowledge of operating room procedures, sterile technique, standard precautions, and anesthesia care practices
• Knowledge of inventory management, equipment and supply control, and quality assurance processes required

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree in a healthcare, science, or related field preferred

License/Certification/Registry:

• Certification by the American Society of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians (ASATT) preferred

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
Annual Compensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000
