Job Summary:
Englewood Health is seeking a strategic and results-driven Transport Team Manager to lead the operational and logistical functions of our patient transport services. This leadership role is critical to ensuring the seamless, safe, and timely movement of patients, equipment, and materials across our 24/7 medical facility.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operations management, logistics coordination, and team leadership, with a proven ability to optimize workflows, drive performance, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced healthcare or service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily transport operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop a team of transport professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, improve turnaround times, and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to align transport services with patient care needs.
- Implement logistics best practices and technology solutions to streamline operations.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Englewood Health job postings provide a compensation rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The compensation rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the compensation rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
Compensation range: $58,000 to $70,000
