Position DescriptionENSCO, Inc., a diverse engineering, science, and advanced technology company seeks a highly motivated individual to join our team. The position reports to the Manager of Survey Operations in the Chambersburg, PA office. The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support for the Applied Technology and Engineering (ATE) Division. The ATE/Rail division has both federal and commercial contracts. This position entails critical support in the following areas: word processor document formatting, email transmission of official memos, electronic mapping (GIS), data input and document and computer fie management.
The successful candidate will compose, submit for approval and officially submit publicly; monthly operations notification letters to Regulatory representatives and railroad owners. The candidate must be a positive, self-starter who is responsible, resourceful, detail oriented, with the ability to be flexible when unforeseen challenges arise. The incumbent will effectively present information, and respond to questions from clients, management and other employees within the organization. The candidate must have excellent organizational skills; great interpersonal skills; excellent grammar, and project and team coordination. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about computers and online mapping resources as well as network transfer of files and data. Familiarity with US geography is necessary.
Qualifications Required:
Two to four years equivalent experience in office administration.
Experience with PDF programs (Adobe Acrobat) and MS Office programs; Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
Experience with file management on shared server, including transferring files and version control
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
Possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of United States geography and proficiency with use of online mapping resources.
The selected candidate will be required to submit to fingerprint and additional background investigations by the US Department of Transportation in connection with this position.

Experience with Deltek/Costpoint.
