We are currently seeking a Lead Systems Analyst to support our Environmental, Health, and Safety application. This person will work under minimal supervision and provide technical support for the EHS solution. This position will interact with core business users and work as a part of a multifaceted IT team. 

This position is a blend of maintenance and development activities and will participate in the full spectrum of overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.

 Responsibilities include:

 

  • Support of the Sphera Essential Suite (ESuite) application.
  • Administration, configuration, and support of an Enablon EHS solution.
  • Provides custom technology solutions to support ancillary EHS systems.
  • Identifies potential opportunities or risk which may impact the EHS system.
  • Collaborates with customers to determine user requirements and generate appropriate system specifications.
  • Responsible for completion of all required Change Management tasks and any relevant SOX control requirements (if applicable)
  • Facilitate and coordinate end user acceptance testing, issue management, problem escalation and resolution.
  • Utilize industry accepted project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices throughout the project life cycle.
  • Acquire and utilize business knowledge by taking advantage of available resources (internet, books, periodicals, classes/workshops, conferences, etc.) to develop and deliver business solutions.
  • Delivery tracking and management report generation as needed.

Requirements

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.  Computer Science, MIS or CIS degree is preferred.
  • Required 5 Years of experience in administering, configuring, and supporting Enablon EHS solution.
  • Required 5 Years experience with Industrial Hygiene, Air Quality, Compliance, Action Plans modules within Enablon.
  • Experience with complex emissions modelling within Air Quality module.
  • Experience with any regulatory & sustainability content software preferably Enhesa-RegScan.
  • Experience with Federal & multi-state regulatory reporting including TX STEERS. 
  • Experience with integrating Enablon with custom applications.
  • 5 years' experience in Information Technology
  • Desired: 5 years' experience in SQL preferably Oracle.
  • Desired: Data analysis and modelling skills
  • Desired: Experience with Sphera Essential Suite
  • Desired: 3 years of web service development (any language)
  • Desired: Angular or React framework knowledge
  • Desired: 5 years in .NET development or comparable 4th generation language
  • Desired: Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problems solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 10%.
