LOCATION:   This is remote/work from home

About the Role:

As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you'll support EPIC's National Wellbeing and Health Management Practice in planning and delivering health and wellbeing events for clients. You'll work closely with consultants, benefit teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of onsite and virtual events. This role blends logistics, client service, and administrative support.

What You'll Do:

Event Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate wellness events like health fairs, flu clinics, and biometric screenings
  • Manage logistics, timelines, and vendor communications
  • Be onsite or online during events to support setup and troubleshooting
  • Track and report event outcomes

Client & Team Support

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
  • Assist with invoicing, budgeting, and project tracking
  • Help develop wellness resources and support team initiatives
  • Provide team administrative support

Administrative Tasks

  • Plan events within client budgets
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all planning
  • Support consultants with documentation and internal coordination

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Health Education, Public Health, or related field preferred)
  • Experience:
  • 2–3 years in event coordination
  • 2–3 years in workplace wellness
  • Skills:
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Comfortable with light physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs)

COMPENSATION:

The national average salary for this role is $69,000.00 - $75,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
