Building Maintenance Technician

As a Building Maintenance Technician, You'll Be Responsible For:

• Communicating professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors
• Support janitorial staff in ensuring clean and well-maintained common areas, hallways, and building exteriors.
• Performing minor building repairs
• Help maintain and operate tools and equipment used for repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Actively participating in safety and educational training as required
• Complete other maintenance tasks assigned by the supervisor.

You'll Need to Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance tasks (prior experience or vocational training is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments, including outdoors or confined spaces.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions from senior managers.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Subject to DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
