Job SummaryTo support our outstanding teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Guadalajara, surth Campus.
Reporting to the Program Management Manager, the Customer Service Representative role involves assisting with the management of key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
What a typical day looks like:
- Analyze, propose solutions, and resolve issues.
- Properly use system applications and resources to accurately and efficiently provide complete, high‑quality services to meet all customer needs.
- Identify situations where the customer may require additional explanations or training and provide an effective solution when necessary.
- Manage orders through the E2E process, from customer order receipt, commitment, follow‑up, shipment coordination, with objectives including OTD, AR, Aging FG, and RMAs.
- Negotiate by being able to hear and listen to others' needs in order to reach agreements.
- Execute and consistently meet delivery commitments with the customer and Flex.
Experience we are looking for to join our team:
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering completed.
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics.
- Knowledge of electronic invoicing.
- Customer service: always focused on customer needs.
- ERP BAAN, FTS, and BPM as a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Intermediate Excel.
