משרת מהנדס/ת אנליזה DFM נמצאת באתר פלקס במגדל העמק, האתר מונה כ-2000 עובדים ומשרת למעלה מ-60 חברות. מהנדס/ת מערכת עובד/ת ישירות מול מספר לקוחות- חברות הייטק המובילות במשק.

המהנדס יהיה אחראי על ביצוע אנליזות טכניות ושיפור תהליכי הייצור, תוך שימת דגש על עקרונות תכנון לייצור המוני.

תחומי אחריות:

• ביצוע אנליזות טכניות של מוצרים קיימים וחדשים.
• עבודה צמודה עם צוותי ההנדסה והייצור כדי להבטיח שהמוצרים מתוכננים בצורה אופטימלית לייצור.
• זיהוי בעיות פוטנציאליות בתהליכי הייצור והמלצה על פתרונות.
• הכנת דוחות טכניים והצגת ממצאים ללקוחות.
• פיתוח והמלצה על שיפורים בתהליכי הייצור כדי להבטיח יעילות ואיכות.

דרישות:

• יכולת אנליטית גבוהה: המועמד צריך להיות מסוגל לנתח נתונים מורכבים ולהסיק מסקנות משמעותיות.
