Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Diagnostic Supervisor located in Guadalajara, Campus Norte.

Reporting to the Failure Analysis Engineer, The Diagnostic Supervisor is responsible for coordinating diagnostic and product testing activities, ensuring that analyses are performed in accordance with established procedures and that results are properly documented. Provides operational support to the area and supervises technical personnel during the execution of tests and reviews.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Supervise the execution of product tests and diagnostics.
  • Ensure that personnel follow procedures and work instructions.
  • Follow up on products with failures and support their proper identification.
  • Document test results and diagnostic status.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Production areas when recurring failures are detected.
  • Support the release or hold of product according to diagnostic results.
  • Monitor compliance with timelines and workload of the area.
  • Support internal audits related to the diagnostic area.
  • Monitor area indicators (diagnostic times, recurrences, efficiency).

The experience we are looking to add to our team:

  • Engineering or Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Experience in electronic manufacturing.
  • Experience in diagnostics, testing, test, or technical support in manufacturing.
  • Basic knowledge of quality processes.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Basic or intermediate English (desirable).
  • Personnel management.
  • Ability for analysis, decision‑making, and problem solving.
  • Knowledge of failure analysis procedures (as a plus).
  • 3rd shift
