To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Finance Director located in Austin TX preferred or US Remote.

Reporting to the Sr Finance Director, the Finance Director will be responsible for coordinating financial activities for a group of global account managers in a business unit, managing the financial status of customer accounts, and managing the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis of the group.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Partner with the global account team to drive achievement of financial results
  • Effectively communicate with leadership to provide a transparent perspective on financial performance while providing solutions as needed
  • Coach and mentor global account manager on financial topics
  • Drive strategies to enhance value of customer accounts through new business models and customer negotiations
  • Manage the preparation of quarterly financial reporting package for leadership review.
  • Manage risk in customer accounts through handling of credit and exposure.
  • Ensure monthly informative account analysis is performed.
  • Be abreast of industry trends and apply them to the business model as appropriate

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience and training.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Demonstrates expert functional, technical, as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information to top management and external parties.
  • Exceptional excel skills and ability to manage and manipulate large quantities of data.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
  • A background supporting manufacturing or global procurement and supply chain organizations preferred.
  • Masters Business Administration is preferred.
