Job SummaryThe “DL Recruiter” will be based in Bukit Minyak, Penang, reporting to DL Recruitment Lead.
This role is responsible for supporting high-volume hiring for Technician and Operator roles, mastering sourcing strategies, ensuring timely delivery, strong candidate experience, and effective coordination with hiring teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume Technician and Operator roles
- Focus on strategic sourcing, external partnerships, and talent pipeline development
- Coordinate and support walk-in interviews, career fairs, and hiring events
- Build and maintain external collaboration with manpower agencies, training institutes, colleges, and community partners
- Screen candidates efficiently and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements
- Partner closely with hiring managers to drive fast turnaround and meet hiring timelines
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups to ensure good experience and strong conversion rates
- Track and maintain recruitment pipeline to ensure SLA and hiring targets are met
- Support offer process including preparation, explanation, and follow-up
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and documentation requirements
- Represent Flex as an employer of choice during candidate interactions and hiring activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably Technician / Operator hiring
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and external collaboration (agencies, colleges, training partners) for high volume Technician / Operator hiring
- Experience in campus recruitment and building talent pipelines
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with basic data tracking and analysis skill
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good coordination and communication skills with candidates and hiring managers
- Self-driven and able to manage recruitment activities independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of recruitment systems and onboarding processes
