Job Summary

Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Engineer – Facility located in Sriperumbudur.

What a typical day looks like:

• Electrical - Monitoring of daily Operation, maintenance, and Preventive maintenance of EHV Substations, Transformers, MV panels and Distributions distribution, DG sets, UPS, BBT's, Lightings, LDB's and PDB's etc.
• Utility equipment - Monitoring of Operation, maintenance, and Preventive maintenance of Air compressors, Water cooled / air Chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHU's entire HVAC systems and exhaust systems.
• Fire and safety – Monitoring of Operation, maintenance, and Preventive maintenance of Fire alarm control panels, PA system, hydrant and sprinkler systems.
• Water and utilities - Operation, maintenance, and Preventive maintenance of  WTP, Pump room, storage tanks and STP.
• Monitoring Preventive maintenance adherence as per schedule, check sheets, plan vs actual, history cards and related audit documents.
• Infrastructure maintenance – Buildings, Rest rooms, ESD floor, Warehouse, civil flooring, Peripherals, Storm water canal, lockers, Roads, Street light and etc
• Line installation - Line installation of SMT / FATP / Testing, Wire routing, wiring installation of Electrical DB's, ESD earthing, ESD flooring.
• 5S – Daily / weekly / monthly audit to maintaining 5S and closing of internal audit report.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Diploma or BE with min 3+ years of similar experience.
•  Experience in EMS Facility Operation Maintenance.
