Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Engineer – Quality located in Sriperumbudur.

What a typical day looks like

• Implement Process/ Incoming Quality Assurance in the manufacturing process as per customer requirement
• Analyze the problem and work with CFT for process compliance and quality Improvements
• Responsible to send periodical reports to customers and interact with them on need basis
• Must handle the customers complaint, Preparing Failure analysis report, Action Implementation and build effectiveness in Monitoring
• Resource planning for New product
• Maintains quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.
• Train the technician and maintain their competency matrix

The experience we're looking to add to our team

• Graduates with 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in SMT Quality.
• Preferably from automotive electronics.
• Excellent team player able to work with other functions to bring results
• Strong Decision-making skills
• Should have knowledge on Quality tools
• Team handling experience.
• Ability to lead shift operations
