Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Engineer located in Mukachevo, Ukraine.
Reporting to Equipment Maintenance Supervisor the Equipment Maintenance Engineer role involves repair and maintenance of equipment.
What a typical day looks like:
- Through troubleshooting, identify machine malfunctions and isolate the failure mechanism.
- Repair the failure mechanism in the most cost-effective manner.
- Perform preventive maintenance at specified intervals and schedules.
- Perform calibrations and re-qualifications on equipment at specified intervals and schedules.
- Assist process technicians and engineers with the installation and removal of process equipment.
- Research and implement corrective action reports and process tracking mechanisms.
- Record times and problems in equipment logs.
- Provide daily equipment functioning activity information.
- Set up standard and special purpose laboratory equipment to test, evaluate and calibrate other instruments and test equipment.
- Disassemble instruments and equipment and inspects components for defects.
- Align repairs, replace, and balance component parts and circuitry.
- Devise formulas to solve problems in measurements and calibrations.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
