Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Executive Assistant located in Fontana, CA.
Reporting to the Vice President, the Executive Assistant role handles the administrative needs of the for the General Manager and Vice President.
What a typical day looks like:
Handle administrative needs for the General Manager and Vice President.
Arrange conference calls and meetings.
Serve as primary interface to help prioritize the GM and VP's calendar
Plans travel-related details & itineraries for work as well as personal events and appointments for the executive staff
Serve as Crown Technical Systems primary point of contact for all travel related concerns for staff (including site installation teams)
Receive visitors on behalf of the executive staff
Train and supervise clerical staff as needed
Maintain and order supplies for executives as well as conference rooms stocked (refrigerators & general office supplies)
Attend and actively participate in Crown Technical Systems Culture Committee meetings as well as provide event support for major initiatives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
High School Diploma or equivalent; some secondary education preferred
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role supporting high level executives
Experience booking and handling multiple travel schedules
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Ability to work independently.
Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Extremely organized, strong multi-tasking and time management skills
Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
