To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an [Firmware Validation Leader] located in [TW Taipei Wugu Site].

What a typical day looks like:

• Develop tooling and test plan/case/report to help engineering teams measure and test infrastructure development, supporting product launch
• Develop automation script or application for SW quality validation Cross-function teamwork for issues analysis and debug
• Cross-function teamwork for test case development

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• 8+ years' experience for debugging, development, and testing work in the Linux environment
• Strong sense of product quality and end-user experience.
• Be highly passionate and interested in automation script/application development and capability of teamwork in multi-task environment
• Experience developing test application for peripherals and connectivity buses (e.g., I2C, SPI, PmBus, USB).
• Capability of independent research and working with new technologies is required.
• Good written and verbal communications skills (in Mandarin and English) is required.

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

• With strong sense of responsibility (be able to go on business trips, dispatch overseas is preferred)
• Domain expertise in OpenBMC or AST2600 firmware validation experience is plus
• OOB or In-band System Management experience Redfish is plus.
