Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an HR Project Manager located in Flex Timisoara. This role will be In charge of planning and coordinating all aspects of internal and external projects from initiation to delivery.
What a typical day looks like:
- Coordinates projects of varying degrees of complexity from design and development to production.
- Interacts frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups.
- Create and maintain project charters, plans, schedules, and budgets in a Cross-Functional team environment.
- Create communication plans and deliver project status updates.
- Performs feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
- Defines resources (and resource allocation) and implementation schedule.
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
- Monitors project progress, timelines, and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ability of labor relationship risk assessment and identification in the company's management system. .
