Das erwartet dich bei uns:

• Du arbeitest an Projekten im Bereich der Personalentwicklung, Training, Talent Acquisition und allgemeine HR Themen
• Du recherchierst Personalentwicklungsthemen und erarbeitest Handlungsempfehlungen
• Du gewinnst Einblicke in die Führungskräfteentwicklung und in unseren Talent Review Prozess
• Du wirkst bei allgemeinen Personalentwicklungs-Themen mit
• Du lernst das operative Tagesgeschäft kennen und unterstützt unser HR-Team bei administrativen Themen

Das bringst du mit:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HBLA) oder abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH)
• Hohe Fähigkeit zur selbstständingen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise mit Teamorientierung
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
