Reporting to the Sr. Industrial Engineering Manager the Industrial Engineer role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for leading and implementing business process design or projects focused on identifying solutions to support business objectives.
• Analyzes and prepares recommendations for work instructions, workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization.
• Observes and records workers while operating equipment or performing tasks to determine time involved and fatigue rate.
• Recommends revision of methods of operation or material handling, alterations in equipment layout, or other changes to increase production or improve standards.
• Maintains all AutoCAD files and designs and/or prepares drawings for Facilities personnel and in-house contracts.
• Design strategic and tactical framework and solutions to drive best practices that apply to specific business.
• Monitors performance and financial measures across multiple sites and identifies issues that have the greatest impact to meet business objectives.
• Determines and initiates required follow-up and/or additional analyses.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3+ years' IE experience, with lean project management experience.
• Electronic manufacturing industry background
• Skilled in AutoCAD.
• Good oral English communicate ability
