To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a IT PMO Specialist located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the IT PMO Director, IT PMO Specialist role will support the oversight of the IT goals and project portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality updates from all stakeholders. This role also assists in planning, organizing, and managing the completion of specific projects across the organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Support the administration of the IT goals, project portfolio, and resource tracking.
• Coordinate projects of varying complexity across functional teams.
• Maintain and update goals and portfolio management systems of record.
• Create and manage project schedules, action items, and follow-ups.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and stakeholders to ensure accountability.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate frequently with functional peer groups, middle management, and individual contributors; may interact with senior management.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• Solid or relevant project or portfolio management experience.
• PMP certification (PMI) or equivalent preferred.
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
• Solid organization skills.
