Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Junior ECO Engineer located in Lodz, Poland.

Reporting to the ECO Team Leader, the Junior ECO Engineer role involves coordinating product changes, creating new parts, ensuring effective communication among teams, conducting product change meetings, and driving process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Oversee product structure modifications to meet our standards.
  • Create new parts and implement changes according to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful product changes.
  • Lead regular product change meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
  • Communicate with customers to address inquiries and provide updates.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A technical background is preferred for understanding product specifications.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with clarity and precision.
  • Experience managing product structures, including BOM and changes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset.
