To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Maintenance Engineer – Dispensing Area located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Engineer Sr the Maintenance Engineer – Dispensing Area is responsible for maintenance, programming, and calibration of automated equipment for chemical application processes on PCB boards, including protective coatings (Conformal Coating), encapsulation (Potting/Underfill), and RTV. Ensures proper machine operation, chemical compatibility with assembly materials, and coating quality.

What a typical day looks like:

• Program, calibrate, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated dispensing and coating equipment.
• Ensure critical parameters: viscosity, flow rate, curing time, and environmental conditions.
• Validate chemical compatibility (RTV, resins, coatings) with assembly materials through simple tests (adhesion, curing).
• Troubleshoot application issues (bubbles, uncoated areas) by analyzing viscosity, calibration, and adjusting parameters.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of 10 technicians in maintenance and process activities.
• Comply with quality and safety standards for chemical handling.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Sr experience in as a planner or a similar position.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis expertise.
• A background in electronics manufacturing is desired.
• Understanding the next equipment: Nordson Asymtek, PVA, Dymax (UV), Graco, Musashi Engineering, Scheugenpflug.
• Knowledge of processes: Conformal Coating (acrylic, urethane, silicone, epoxy, parylene), Potting/Underfill (epoxy, silicone, polyurethane), RTV.
• People management experience.
