Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance MT role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

•     Finance and other functional departments, including human resources, supply chain, etc., or rotation of different business units within Flex

•     One-on-one coaching mechanism and mentoring mechanism personally guided by the company's management

•     Strengthen your professional skills, approach many different industries, through daily work and cross-region projects, you have opportunity to co-work with top talents

•     Establish an extensive network of personal relationships within the company, you will continue to benefit from your future work

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

•     Excellent communication and coordination skills, fast learning ability, ability to discover and effectively solve problems

•     Excellent English expression ability is sufficient to communicate effectively with people all over the world

•     Initiative, excellent cooperation, willing to accept challenges and changes

•     Strong mobility, accepting assignment to any business organization of Flex in China

•     Those who have experience in working in foreign companies, internships, and projects, as well as leaders in organizing project beyond campus. Overseas education experience is preferred

•     Fresh graduates and one year of work experience are both welcome
