Job Summaryמשרת מהנדס/ת יצור נמצאת באתר פלקס במגדל העמק, האתר מונה כ-2000 עובדים ומשרת למעלה מ-60 חברות. מהנדס/ת יצור עובד/ת ישירות מול מספר לקוחות- חברות הייטק המובילות במשק.
הנה קצת דוגמאות למשימות שתעשה/י:
- ניהול פרויקטי מצוינות תפעולית/ הנדסת שיטות, בעולם שרשרת האספקה תפעול ולוגיסטיקה
- זיהוי הזדמנויות לשיפור מתמיד, ועבורם ביצוע ניתוחי ROI והמלצות לביצוע
- ניהול פרויקטי אוטומציה / תשתיות ורכש מיוחד / אפיון והטמעת תהליך במערכות מידע IT
- יצירת ממשקים עם מח' הארגון ע"מ לייצר שיתופי פעולה לשיפור תהליכים
- שיתוף פעולה עם צוות הנדסת הייצור במחלקה
הניסיון שאנחנו מבקשים:
- מהנדס/ת תעשיה וניהול
- אנגלית ברמה גבוהה, שליטה באופיס (אקסל)
- עדיפות לניסיון/רקע בתחום הנ"ל (גם במסגרת משרת סטודנט)
- אסרטיביות, יחסי אנוש מצוינים, ראיה מערכתית, ירידה לפרטים, סדר וארגון, עבודה תהליכית ומתודולוגית, עצמאות, התמודדות עם לחץ
